Oversee multiple retail stores within the East Java areas, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards.
Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with operational procedures, visual merchandising standards, and service protocols.
Create program promotion for sales activity.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
Analyze area market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
Train, motivate, and support store supervisor and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
Requirements:
3+ years working experience as a Regional Manager, Area Manager, or a similar senior sales role.
Proven experience in the retail industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence. (preferably from the watches industry).
Has knowledge in the watches industry, especially in product and business process knowledge.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Agility to adapt and work under fast-paced environment.
Communicative, good negotiation skill, customer oriented, good attention to detail, persistent to achieve target.
Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
