Have min. 3 years working experience as Visual Merchandising and Project in fashion retail industry (medium-luxury), or related professional area
Familiar with design tools (AutoCAD, Enscape, etc)
Excellent ability in team management & development
Interested in luxury brands
Passionate and willing to pursue a long-term career in the retail industry

Job Description
Contribute to the advertising, marketing, and sales efforts of voilà.id by designing, developing and taking charge of the visual look of the brand through offline stores and merchandise
Dealing with suitable vendor, monitor every window display production and installation
Execute merchandising strategies by creating and maintaining visual displays in the store windows and on the sales floor
Make sure to connect the dots among offline and online, including online and social media campaign, 360 VM
Maintain the VM look of Voila.id offline store in accordance to the VM guidelines and standards
Create guidelines and coaching IVM, in order to have the same standard among stores
Contribute to the profitability of the store with your merchandise handling, replenishment, and inventory control efforts
Always in line with Merchandiser/IVM in order to maintain inventory movement - in store mapping (ex: create more visible platform for slow moving items - data centric POV)
Source and propose idea for VM props and display materials
Initiate and propose event or activities based on the latest update trend and needs
Ensure and involve in every event or activities, monitor and report the flow and result
Full capacity in new offline store development, oversee the whole detail, as project.
