Day-to-day operation of payroll related. Do payroll administration as data maintenance, salary calculation, and payment processing
Prepare payment report Record the details of employee salary, allowances, and other personal data (NPWP, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and BPJS Kesehatan)
Proactively optimize current payroll processes to improve efficiency and enhance employee experience
Maintain employee files and records both offline or online platform
Bachelor degree from Accounting/Finance/any related field of study
Proven experience in a payroll & compensation & benefits position in a fast-paced environment required
Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
Familiar with HRIS and payroll report
Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data
Maintains confidentiality and applies discretion where required
