Everyone can grow their business with VOILA. As VOILA's Channel Account Manager, you will manage the entire sales cycle from identifying a potential reseller to securing a deal with both potential reseller and existing resellers. You will responsible as the "KEY" contact point for resellers. We are looking for candidate who have a strong empathy for customer to work and grow together by building great relationship and understanding each other needs.
Job Descriptions:
- Acquisition of new reseller through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram for potential resellers and/or distributor
- Strategic planning to expand our database of prospect reseller
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between reseller and company
- Making reseller performance report on monthly basis
- Analyzing the potential by crafting the pipeline, and progress
- Resolving reseller issues and complaints
- Developing a complete understanding of reseller needs
- Responsible for client retention to ensure excellent customer experience
- Supporting daily retail operation (online/offline)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business related
- Strong exposure and experience in B2B Key Account ( min 2 years) preferably in the fashion industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational level
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
