Channel Account Manager

Everyone can grow their business with VOILA. As VOILA's Channel Account Manager, you will manage the entire sales cycle from identifying a potential reseller to securing a deal with both potential reseller and existing resellers. You will responsible as the "KEY" contact point for resellers. We are looking for candidate who have a strong empathy for customer to work and grow together by building great relationship and understanding each other needs.  

Job Descriptions:
  • Acquisition of new reseller through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram for potential resellers and/or distributor 
  • Strategic planning to expand our database of prospect reseller 
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between reseller and company 
  • Making reseller performance report on monthly basis 
  • Analyzing the potential by crafting the pipeline, and progress
  • Resolving reseller issues and complaints 
  • Developing a complete understanding of reseller needs 
  • Responsible for client retention to ensure excellent customer experience 
  • Supporting daily retail operation (online/offline) 

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business related 
  • Strong exposure and experience in B2B Key Account ( min 2 years) preferably in the fashion industry 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational level 
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
