Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at our fine dining establishment, ensuring that the restaurant runs efficiently while maintaining our high standards of service, food quality, and overall guest experience.


  • Minimum of 3-5 years in restaurant management, preferably in the fine dining segment.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in using related software and POS systems.
  • Deep understanding of the fine dining industry and its best practices.
  • Familiarity with food and beverage preparations, service standards, and customer service expectations.
  • Able to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holiday. Physical stamina to be on feet for long periods and to occasionally lift heavy items. 
  • Passionate about the culinary and hospitality industry.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle and resolve conflict effectively.
  • Strong decision-making abilities.


  • Train and manage staff; schedule shifts; and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and satisfied guests.
  • Manage the restaurant's P&L, develop budgets, control inventory, and oversee cash handling procedures.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Regularly inspect dining areas, food, and beverage presentations to maintain our high standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, place orders, and ensure timely delivery of quality products.
  • Work with marketing teams to promote the restaurant and devise promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure that all health, safety, and sanitation regulations are followed in line with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Regularly review customer feedback and make necessary improvements or changes.
  • Collaborate with chef to review, update, and price menu items.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in the fine dining industry and implement best practices to continuously elevate guest experiences.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding the restaurant's performance, challenges, and opportunities.
