We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible to plan, develop and direct social media marketing efforts to strengthen one of our retail brand social presence. 


  • Grow engagements and followers of all of our social media channels: IG, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content for better engagement and growth
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Knows social media trend and what’s going on and adapt to strategize the content of riding the wave
  • Able to create creative & unique themes for social media channels
  • Ability to deliver creative content, being hands-on in content management and creation
  • Able to write creative briefs and work well with creative team (copywriters & graphic designer) to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Experience in managing a small social media team but also could manage stakeholders from various divisions & collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • Experience in launching new products to get good tractions of engagements
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network


  • Monitoring and reporting social media content performance.
  • Monitoring and reporting competitor activities, market trends and insights.


  • Highly passionate in Watch industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in Communications or related field.
  • Min. 2 years of experience as Social Media Manager with proven result.
  • Min. 4 years of experience in Social Media field with proven result
  • Experience in working across social and communication platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Linkedin. Community building experience is a plus.
  • Ability to problem solve, multi-task, take initiative, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Familiar with analytics hub tools for Social Media.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong can-do attitude.
