We are seeking an experienced Operation Staff to join our team and optimize day-to-day activities to enhance the customer experience. As an Operation Staff, you will be responsible for monitoring workplace flow and adjusting operational strategies based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
You will be responsible for statistically analyzing various operational data and adjusting operational strategies in a timely manner, handling any operational issues and customer complaints, identifying ways to improve customer experiences, monitoring the inventory stock process and stock requisition process from the store, and preparing monthly customer service and sales Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the flow of a workplace and optimize day-to-day activities based on SOP
- Statistically analysis various operational data and adjust operational strategies in a timely manner
- Responsible for any operational issues/customer complaints
- Identifying ways to improve customer experiences.
- Responsible for stock opname report and result
- Organize organization and documentation regarding all data for stock opname documents
- Supporting any tasks related to customer service, sales, and marketing teams
- Monitoring the inventory stock process and stock requisition process from the store
- Preparing monthly customer service and sales Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Make daily and monthly operational reporting
Qualifications:
- Maximal age 28 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimal 1 year of experience in an operational role of similar capacity
- Attention to detail and having the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Good personality and fast learning
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Having passion in the retail company and e-commerce
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Inventory
